This reputation has made them a trusted partner for companies seeking cutting-edge capabilities and unparalleled expertise.ii.- position summarythe sr human resources manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's people strategy and fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and compliance. Acting as a strategic business partner, this leader will oversee all hr functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, and safety/environmental compliance.this individual will lead a team of hr professionals, working closely with site leadership to address complex organizational challenges, drive employee engagement, and support strategic business goals. This position requires a forward-thinking, proactive leader with extensive experience managing hr operations for large or multi-site organizations, ensuring adherence to labor laws and promoting best practices in human resources management.iii.- essential duties & responsibilities- oversee training, employee relations, recruitment, safety/environmental compliance, and benefits, supervising a team of 6+ hr professionals. - manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and risk management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - provide guidance and support to managers on conflict resolution, change management, and training initiatives. - develop and execute annual hr goals aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. - partner with site leadership to align hr strategies with business objectives and labor law requirements. - lead key hr processes, including succession planning, performance management, and merit cycles. - design and deliver leadership development programs to enhance managerial capabilities. - conduct wage and benefit surveys and manage divisional benefits coordination. - analyze and report on hr metrics, implementing action plans for continuous improvement. - ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. - lead divisional training and certification programs and oversee environmental health and safety initiatives as needed.iv.- qualifications/experience required- bachelor's degree in hr, business administration, psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. - 10+ yrs of progressive hr experience, including 5+ yrs in a leadership role managing large or multi-site operations - (600+ employees). - bilingual proficiency in english and spanish with exceptional communication skills. - strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building abilities with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. - proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management. - demonstrated success in training design and delivery, employee relations, and compliance management. - proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and hr metrics analysis. - willingness to travel as required.v.- the opportunity and challengethis position will provide a talented individual with the opportunity to make a significant impact on a dynamic, growing, and profitable organization in a transformation stage.
