satellite teams is hiring a proactive, detail-oriented sales and marketing coordinator to support a u.s.-based custom packaging manufacturer. The company is known for delivering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and operational efficiency.
The sales & marketing coordinator will support a growing team and help drive new business opportunities. This role combines marketing strategy support with day-to-day sales operations and crm management. You’ll work closely with lead generators, linkedin marketers, and web designers to help execute campaigns and generate qualified leads.
Must be organized, resourceful, and passionate about both sales and marketing.
Key responsibilities
coordinate a team of external providers (lead generators, linkedin marketers, web designers) and support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media coordination.
Assign and track follow-ups for the sales team. Monitor lead engagement, stage updates, and campaign responses.
Generate weekly reports and performance summaries.
Assist with basic communication to prospects when needed. Contribute to marketing strategies and implementation of growth-focused projects.
Coordinate virtual events, product launches, or campaign rollouts as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a sales coordination, marketing support, or operations role.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong english communication skills, both written and verbal.
Clear and effective communication in english is essential. Fluent.
Experience working remotely and independently.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree required.
