Addresses resistance to change and fosters a culture of innovation.manages the lifecycle of contracts, including contract creation, negotiation, and execution, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements.collaborates with the legal department to ensure contracts meet regulatory and legal standards, addressing contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.utilizes contract lifecycle management (clm) system cpai, for contract management and catalog management, ensuring effective usage and optimization of these tools.our requirements:bachelor’s degree in either technical or business field.good understanding of sourcing and contracting methodologies.experience with hands-on analysis and data interpretation; proficiency in microsoft office suites preferred.strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related field with a bachelor's degree or equivalent directly-related work experience.1-3 years of contract management experience, specifically handling supplier contracts, negotiations, and post-award contract compliance.1-2 years of direct industry or company experience preferred.previous experience with an e-sourcing platform preferred.experience working closely with legal teams to ensure contract adherence to legal requirements.english (written and spoken) – fluent.beneficial to have other languages such as german or spanish.project management expertise with the ability to carry projects from planning through implementation.ability to collaborate and communicate with leaders and stakeholders both internally and externally.critical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to understand opportunities, create value and solve complex problems.strong relationship management skills.
