The first point of contact for our company. Duties include ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors, and providing administrative support to management. This role combines front-desk duties with office coordination responsibilities to uphold efficiency, security, and hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
office related items responsible for:
organize and monitor day-to-day activities related to office
ensure office items are maintained (fill office supplies, maintain office & kitchen setup, review office tidiness etc)
ensure the office is visitor ready
visitor & employee support:
greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
manage office visitors & plan proactively
booking transport and recommend accommodation
about you
high school degree: additional certification in office management is a plus
fluent in spanish and english (written and oral)
canva experience
hands-on
excellent organizational skills
multitasking and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
professional attire
solid written and verbal communication skills
