Production manager
the production manager is responsible for overseeing all production shifts, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet required quality and quantity standards.
* oversee all aspects of production including planning, coordination, and control
* ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines
* lead training and certification programs for personnel
* monitor and improve downtime, inventory levels, and equipment efficiency
* supervise leadership and staff to ensure smooth operation
* comply with safety and hygiene standards
* manage daily indicators for each production line
to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* experience in the automotive industry
* strong leadership and communication skills
* ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* knowledge of iatf 16949:2016 and other relevant industry standards
* proficiency in handling measuring instruments and analysis tools
