our client is a startup of a dubbing and translation product for top-tier youtube creators.
The digital marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to
promote our youtube channels using social media networks, google and youtube ads, finding creators for strategic shoutouts to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to their audience and staying updated in all the digital ads.
*responsibilities*
- manage and create google and youtube ads for all the channels.
- optimization of the budget assigned for marketing to obtain maximum results.
- work with analytics and audience development teams to optimize titles, tags, descriptions, cards, playlists, thumbnails, and other content/features across the channel.
- strategize, own, and implement cross collaboration campaigns between youtube content creators.
- support short-form content strategy development by providing regular youtube analytics insights.
- assist with fan engagement, community tab management, comment moderation, and livestream activities.
- attend weekly brainstorms and scheduled meetings
- update team on progress/status/issues/troubleshooting every week
- maintain high spelling and grammar standards across the channels.
- collaborate on off-youtube content distribution projects as they arise (ex. to the peacock platform)
- analyze market/competitor trends, and provide summaries of findings to the team
- manage execution of client requests regarding marketing.
*required skills*:
- experience with google and youtube ads, social media analytics and digital marketing.
- tubebuddy, vidiq, listenfirst, crisp, and other platforms to share additional insights with relevant partners
- great communication skills
- 2 years of experience in youtube and google ads
- keen eye for detail and sharp organizational skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated ability to engage and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivation, strong work ethic, and the ability to multi-task
- passion for youtube content, and good working knowledge of the platform
- youtube certification in audience growth and/or digital rights
