the technician prototypes is responsible for providing technical prototyping solutions in accordance with customer requirements for the development of mechanical and electronic concepts, taking into account manufacturability and established timelines. Participates in the review of 3d/2d designs and is responsible for executing the 3d printing process or manufacturing the required prototypes, ensuring that they comply with design specifications.
your role:
* review 3d models and 2d drawings to ensure proper assembly and correct manufacturing of parts in accordance with design requirements.
* perform mechanical and electronic work for the functional development of prototypes (e.g., assembly of electronic boards).
* verify that finished prototypes comply with established dimensions and specifications.
* provide technical support to internal departments and customers, participating in problem analysis and testing using prototypes.
* collaborate with the engineering and r&d area in defining the method of construction of the prototypes.
* monitor the progress of assigned tasks and escalate potential delivery risks in a timely manner.
* evaluate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment in the area, ensuring its availability and good condition.
what do you need?
* tsu or engineering in mechatronics, mechanics/advanced manufacturing
* minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of prototypes and samples
* experience in design for manufacturability/process from scratch
* proficiency in various machining technologies (cnc, laser engraving, edm, stamping, etc.), materials, pcb prototypes, and processes
* knowledge of instrumentation machines and tools
* knowledge of measurement
* knowledge of 3d printing technologies, machining, cnc, laser etching, painting.
* knowledge of iatf 16949 and iso14001
* intermediate english b1-b2 conversational
