This role is ideal if you thrive in complex problem-solving, infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers.what you'll dohandle escalations from level 2 engineers. Perform advanced azure tasks: resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation. Support enterprise networking: firewalls, routing, vpns, voip optimization. Mentor level 1–2 engineers, ensuring best practices. Document escalations, infra changes, and project work. Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives. Requirements5+ years as a senior it engineer / level 3 in msp or enterprise. Strong azure expertise (resources, policies, automation). Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, voip troubleshooting). Active directory, windows server, microsoft 365. Excellent english for client-facing support. Bonus: mac support, connectwise/datto familiarity.
