Global account manager 4
responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts or groups of accounts. Ensures order and revenue growth by analyzing customer needs and developing sales plans. Globally responsible for the customer relationship and works with all program managers assigned to the customer account. Directs account teams to optimize the relationship focusing on sales strategy, support, customer service, technology development, and ongoing technical and post-sales support. Enforces contract terms, ensuring compliance, and discusses necessary changes with the customer. Develops competitive pricing models and negotiates price adjustments. Analyzes accounts to ensure profitability and revenue generation. Acts as a resource to program managers for intercompany orders.

* networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
* meets and presents to management and complements the account team.
* supports results aligned with company and customer targets.
* assists with supply chain issues, product transfers, new product introductions, and manages commercial claims and receivables.
* participates in quarterly reviews, plant and customer site visits.
* acts as the main contact for all sanmina services.
* develops and executes business plans and strategies, including rfq proposals.
* manages complex data analysis using excel, powerpoint, and word.
requirements:
* university degree in a relevant field.
* engineering, operations, or program management experience is advantageous.
* ability to travel internationally.
* advanced computer skills.
