* execute tasks related to human resources, acting as a strategic point of contact for employees.
* develop and implement strategies for organizational development, focusing on issues such as work environment, culture, and change management.
* promote human resources programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
* manage labor relations by taking appropriate measures with employees who violate rules and regulations.
* support the application of psychosocial risk factor surveys and compliance with relevant standards.
* design, elaborate, and update human resources metrics to ensure compliance with indicators.
* develop creative content for communication channels, engaging employees through printed materials, digital presentations, and videos.
* implement hr projects and support the organization's social events.

requirements:
* 3 years of experience in human resources.
* general knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
* bachelor's degree in law, administration, or international business or related field.
* knowledge of hr management systems.
