- analyze variances against budget and propose corrective actions.
- generate financial reports for senior management.2.financial control- oversee monthly and annual financial closings.
- ensure the proper application of accounting standards (ifrs/us gaap).
- implement and monitor internal controls.3.business support- act as a business partner for sales, operations, and supply chain departments.
- evaluate profitability by product, portfolio, and market.

qualifications- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- master's degree (mba or finance) is preferred.
- certifications (cpa, cfa, or equivalent) preferred.experience- 8–12 years in finance and 3–5 years in a managerial or senior role.
- experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or regulated consumer goods (essential).
