We are seeking an *application support analyst* for *omp*, a global leader in digitized supply chain planning. This company provides solutions to help businesses tackle complex planning challenges with efficiency and sustainability. Their software integrates advanced intelligence for rapid, informed decision-making across supply networks, serving industries like consumer goods, life sciences, chemicals, and packaging.
In this role, you will primarily support us-based clients and collaborate closely with us teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
*main responsibilities*:
- provide solutions for challenging customer problems.
- take ownership of assigned tickets
- communicate implemented solutions to customers
- find optimal solutions using technical knowledge.
- update customer services knowledge base.
- maintain strong internal network to resolve customer issues.
- manage ticket priorities and workload
*requirements*:
- master's degree with solid it background (or similar by experience)
- excellent english communication skills.
- problem-solving attitude with out-of-the-box thinking.
- strong analytical mindset.
- team player with friendly communication skills.
- multi-tasking ability and stress resistance.
- structured work approach.
- bonus: knowledge of portuguese.
- bonus: supply chain or production planning experience.
- bonus: previous work experience in customer services, and an understanding of service level agreements (slas) and ticket tracking systems.
