- work in collaboration with sales regional director, and technology managers as well as sales teams to provide strategic and creative direction to ensure regional priorities are being met
- develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- lead cross-functional teams (both internally and externally with agency partners), providing clear direction from strategy to execution
- promote and increase the exposure of the company in a region by *adapting and implementing commercial campaigns and programs *launches through the *sales organization *and amplify them by the *partner ecosystem *generating demand and/or advancing existing opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
- collaborates to develop and implement the regional channel marketing strategy ensuring its execution for the *partnernetwork ecosystem *(including distributors, oems, systems integrators, technology partners) helping *to create demand in conjunction with partners*:
- contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans; forecast performance against business key performance indicators (kpis); develop business cases for key activities/projects
- set and lead execution of the data and analytics reporting plan, creating strategies and templates to use data in a meaningful way. Analyze, present, and communicate high-impact data and insights and recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.
