Objective of the position
strategically and efficiently manage the procurement of non‑productive materials, services, and fixed assets, ensuring savings targets, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and internal customer satisfaction. Drive negotiation and implementation of favorable commercial terms while optimizing delivery times to support business continuity and operational excellence. Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability within the supply chain, aligning purchasing activities with corporate policies and organizational values.
Main functions
strategic sourcing & commodity strategy management: develop and manage sourcing strategies, maintain supplier lists, and ensure legal and procedural compliance.
Supplier and project management: build relationships, drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead project execution, and oversee strategic and tactical supplier activities.
Negotiation and supplier innovation: apply creative negotiation strategies, identify and introduce innovative supplier technologies, materials, and services.
Procurement process execution: conduct competitive bids, prepare sourcing recommendations, issue purchase orders, and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
Performance review & kpi management: conduct regular supplier performance reviews, track kpis, and maintain continuous improvement.
Partnership & collaboration: advise internal business partners, coordinate with finance, legal, and the gip network to align requirements and resolve issues.
