We are hiring an *ebusiness specialist*who is self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in the ecommerce space. In this role, you’ll join a team that drives steelcase’s b2b ecommerce initiatives with our dealers and customers. Your project management and communication skills will play a key role in advancing our team’s impact and success.
*what you will be doing*:
- build and maintain *steelcase exchange* sites using various software tools
- ensure site functionality, design marketing elements, and co-create product catalogs
- provide *customer support* to dealers and clients, resolving technical issues and managing the lifecycle of exchange sites
- manage daily tasks using the *ado agile process*, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team culture
- identify and implement *process improvements* and pursue opportunities for personal and business development
- communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- stay current with new processes, tools, and software updates relevant to the role.
- utilize available resources, templates, and tools to support project execution and life cycle management.

- basic knowledge and understanding of b2b ebusiness and ecommerce.
- familiarity with basic ecommerce software programs.
