*what we’re looking for*:
we’re on the hunt for a *senior account executive* who’s done this before—someone with 4+ years of experience closing enterprise deals in saas, especially within u.s.based, venture-backed startups. You’re not just great at selling—you know how to navigate complexity, build meaningful relationships, and bring structure to the chaos of startup life.
This is a *full-cycle role*, and we mean it. You’ll prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close. The ceo will support you—but they're looking for someone who knows how to drive their own pipeline and thrives in a builder’s environment.
*what you’ll be doing here*:
- running the full deal cycle end-to-end—from cold intro to signed contract
- closing large, multi-seat, multi-year deals with well-known brands
- connecting with decision-makers across marketing, procurement, and data
- managing your pipeline with precision in salesforce and hubspot
- collaborating with marketing, product, and cs to refine our sales process
- using tools like gong to sharpen your game and coach others
- helping us fine-tune our gtm approach—your voice will matter here
*what you bring to the table*:
you’ve been an ae for 4+ years, selling at fast-paced, u.s.based saas startups
you’ve sold into enterprise—big logos, big stakes, big impact
you know how to close from scratch: prospect pitch close
you’re fluent in sales tools like salesforce, hubspot, and gong
you get the advertising space—whether it's media, performance analytics, or ad data platforms
you’re a strong communicator and comfortable speaking to both technical and business folks
you’re up for working startup-style hours and syncing with the eastern time zone

you’ve helped shape sales motions at early-stage companies
you’ve sold directly to marketing, data, or analytics teams
you’ve closed deals above $50k arr
