qualifications and requirements
* bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of college education and sales experience.
* proven experience in the automotive and/or industrial markets, jewelry, and signage. Familiarity with market safety and industrial sectors.
* ability to analyze customer requirements and define strategic work plans to develop markets and product families that support the sales plan.
* knowledge of gravotech's key markets is preferred.
* bilingual (english/spanish).
* proficient computer skills (microsoft office, crm).
* strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork-oriented attitude, high initiative, and a strong work ethic.
* 3–5 years in sales, including experience in team leadership or supervision.

* provide punctual feedback and oversight of the team pipeline.
* act as a mentor and serve on sales councils to share strategic views and ideas.
* implement and manage training programs for the sales team.
* manage and motivate multiple sales technicians, including conducting joint calls with end-users.
* define and execute strategies to develop markets and accounts through the sales team.
* transform assigned target accounts into long-term customer partnerships.
* utilize advanced sales skills to cross-sell the full portfolio of gravotech by brady products and services into target accounts.
* advise the sales team on significant competitive actions, market conditions, and sales potential estimates.
* participation in national sales meetings and relevant trade shows.
* travel with field representatives as required to assist in on-site sales presentations, equipment demonstrations, and problem-solving.
* maintain full knowledge and understanding of company goals, missions, and philosophies as expressed by leadership.
