Responsibilities

production – making: bring our products to life by ensuring flexibility while delivering products on time and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Production – packing: work on getting our product into its final packaging and set up in pallets, including installation and startup of new equipment, studying performance loss, and identifying projects to achieve packing‑line performance targets.
Warehouse: handle space, time, and movement optimisation projects to simplify operations and ensure proper inventory storage.
Quality: ensure consistent quality in line with customer expectations, local laws, and p&g's guidelines, including validating formulas and equipment prior to production.
Health, safety & environment: manage the environmental impact of the site, including waste management, defective product destruction, and safety of our people.
Continuous improvement: lead project execution across the site to improve productivity and coordinate ideas between different areas to find business opportunities.

subject matter expert in manufacturing welding process. Ensure the quality adherence to engineering specifications and for welding requirements. Define and review welding procedures, process, and improvement proposals.

Define and develop documentation aligned with quality operating system, also design and evaluation of welding process and test method as required.
Conduct failure analysis and cause analysis on welding issues as a role model, including the use of problem‑solving tools.
Provide technical support and proficient skills for all materials, and different welding technologies such as vacuum, selective, laser, etc.
Ensure the availability of welding systems, improve and support the definition of non‑destructive test including interpretation, and develops back up methods as required.

Bachelor degreed: mechanical engineering, industrial engineer, materials engineer with welding technical expertise demonstrable.

Responsible for welding process of launch area, the quality assurance, in line stream and with final customer, developing welding process, error‑proofing methods, and quality documentation and leads the continues improvement.
Contribute to reach and continuously improve the performance indicators of safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, maintenance and environmental.

As a process coach in final assembly, you'll lead manufacturing teams while ensuring optimal production performance across our automated powertrain assembly lines. You'll serve as both a technical leader and people manager, responsible for supervising assembly operations, maintaining equipment uptime, and driving team performance to meet production targets while ensuring the highest quality standards for powertrain components.
You'll oversee daily production activities while developing and executing comprehensive operational excellence programs. Your role encompasses team leadership, production planning, quality assurance, and safety management. You'll be instrumental in maintaining operational safety through team training, equipment oversight, and proactive management practices that ensure a safe and productive working environment for all personnel.
Education:

bachelor's degree in engineering
lean manufacturing certification or six sigma training preferred

experience:

minimum 1‑3 years of manufacturing experience and supervisory or team leadership roles
proven experience in automotive powertrain assembly or similar high‑precision manufacturing environments
background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production management
background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and production management

leadership & management skills:

equipment & technical oversight: supervise operation and performance of complex powertrain assembly equipment including material handling systems, torque stations, leak test equipment, engine assembly lines, transmission assembly systems, and robotic units
documentation & continuous improvement:

maintain production records, equipment performance data, and team performance metrics to support operational analysis and improvement initiatives
lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and safety enhancements in powertrain assembly operations
