*legal supervisor*position overview:are you an experienced lawyer with a deep understanding of legal and tax practices in mexico and want to be part of a market-leading team in the fintech sector?We look for an exceptional legal supervisor to manage legal aspects and drive expansion into new markets!*key responsibilities: *- develop and implement the company's legal strategy.- ensure compliance with the legal framework in mexico (tax, corporate and labor laws).- advise management on legal issues related to taxes, accounting policies and internal procedures.- develop and implement internal compliance policies.- supervise and verify the preparation and documentation of service contracts with domestic and international clients; supplier, credit and procurement contracts.- collaborate with tax authorities and external advisors.- evaluate legal risks and develop strategies to minimize them.- analyzing and defending against rulings issued by tax authorities.- management, control and follow-up of different matters, procedures and legal proceedings.- legal advice to the different areas of the company.- analyze and manage permits, procedures and documents necessary for the company to be in compliance.- ensure compliance in labor matters, minimizing risks for the company.*requirements*:- studies: bachelor in law with degree- inglés c1- knowledge of mexican tax laws and accounting policies.- knowledge in corporate law- knowledge in labor law- 3 years as legal manager in companies in the financial or microfinance sector (fintech).*we offer: *- base salary $30k to 40k gross- benefits of law and major medical insurance to the plant.- working hours: monday to friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours.- *location: polanco ( 100% presencial)*tipo de puesto: tiempo completosueldo: $100,* - $120,* al meslugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
