Property rooms leader role
the property rooms department leader is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the quality of property rooms.
key responsibilities
* champions the brand's service vision for product and service delivery by communicating clear and consistent messages regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
* monitors room rates, specials, and promotions at the residence, providing opportunities for revenue growth.
requirements
* hold a 2-year degree in business administration or related field from an accredited university; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
* or 4-year bachelor's degree in business administration or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area.
