*key responsibilities*:
*clinical leadership*
- ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing care in compliance with local healthcare regulations and best practices.
- supervise, mentor, and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
- provide direct patient care as needed, particularly in high-priority cases.
*sales and business development*
- develop and implement strategies to grow canmex health's client base, including tourists, expats, and local residents.
- collaborate with hotels, condo associations, travel agencies, and other businesses to establish referral partnerships.
- promote canmex health's services through community events, marketing initiatives, and networking opportunities.
*relationship building*
- act as a canmex health ambassador by cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- attend business and community meetings to represent canmex health's vision and services.
- provide educational presentations about canmex health's offerings to local organizations and partners.
*administrative and operational oversight*
- manage nursing schedules, staffing needs, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- monitor budgets, supply inventories, and cost-effective resource utilization.
- collaborate with the management team to identify and implement service improvements and innovations.
*professional expertise*
- a valid registered nurse (rn) license, with eligibility to practice in mexico.
- at least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management position.
- strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage both acute and routine patient care.
*business development skills*
- demonstrated ability to drive sales, attract new clients, and develop business relationships.
- experience in creating and implementing strategic growth plans.
- proven success in achieving business targets in a healthcare environment.
*interpersonal and communication skills*
- fluency in *english* is mandatory; spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
- exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
