about the role
our client is looking for an experienced digital marketing account manager who knows how to own client relationships, guide strategy, and keep projects moving smoothly. If you’re a proactive communicator, naturally curious, and passionate about helping businesses grow, this role could be a great fit. As a digital marketing account manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading communication, supporting strategy discussions, and ensuring campaigns stay aligned with business goals. This role combines client management, digital marketing knowledge, and problem-solving in a fast-paced remote environment.
responsibilities
* manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* lead client meetings, status updates, and reporting discussions
* ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with client goals
* monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal specialists to guide strategy
* help clients understand seo, ppc, and digital marketing fundamentals
* identify challenges and opportunities proactively
* analyze performance reports and kpis to provide actionable insights
* maintain excellent client satisfaction and retention standards
* manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively in a remote environment
qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles
* 1+ year of experience working within a digital marketing agency
* experience with seo and ppc campaigns
* strong knowledge of: google analytics (ga4); google ads reporting; and meta business manager reporting
* ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics and kpis
* strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and performance reporting
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* highly organized with strong time-management abilities
* self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
* reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace
nice to have
* familiarity with webflow, wordpress, and/or shopify
* experience working with home services industries (hvac, plumbing, remodeling, etc.)
* experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
* strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

monday to friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm central time
compensation
