*what are we looking for?*
- a university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail in production processes.
- effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and other departments.
