Job title: quality assurance specialist
you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving product/service quality standards.
key responsibilities:
1. quality assurance leadership
* provide leadership and expertise in quality assurance processes, methods, and tools.
* lead and mentor the quality engineering team, providing guidance and coaching.
* drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
* ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
2. quality planning and strategy
* develop and execute comprehensive quality plans and strategies to meet organizational goals.
* collaborate with management to define quality objectives, targets, and kpis.
* identify and prioritize areas for quality improvement and process optimization.
* establish and implement quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
3. root cause analysis and problem-solving
* lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and non-conformities.
* implement corrective and preventive actions (capa) to address identified problems.
* utilize quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8d, six sigma) to resolve issues.
* implement robust and sustainable solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
4. quality system compliance
* ensure compliance with quality management system standards e.g., iso 9001, as9100, iatf 16949 & vda (desirable).
* participate in internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.
* collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure product/service compliance.
* support the development and maintenance of quality policies and procedures.
5. process improvement and optimization
* lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
* implement statistical process control (spc) and quality control measures.
* identify opportunities for automation and digitization in quality processes.
* drive lean and six sigma methodologies to streamline processes.
