This key role is pivotal in aligning business strategy with people operations in a dynamic environment with over 4,000 employees.key responsibilities:lead strategic planning and operational leadership of the hr team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and development.drive labor relations processes, including union engagement, contract interpretation, and conflict resolution.oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market benchmarks.ensure compliance with labor law, health and safety regulations, and corporate governance standards.develop organizational development initiatives such as talent planning, leadership development, and cultural alignment.supervise employee services including transportation, cafeteria, and site-level engagement programs.collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to align hr practices with business objectives.monitor hr metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts in retention, engagement, and performance.required qualifications:bachelor's degree in human resources, law, industrial relations, or related field.8+ years of progressive hr experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.experience managing salaried and unionized populations in high-volume operations (3,000+ employees).demonstrated leadership of hr teams, including coaching, performance management, and team development.strong knowledge of mexican labor law and collective bargaining frameworks.advanced communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.proficiency in hris systems and data-driven decision-making.advanced english proficiency.
