YOUR TASKS
- Provide Support for México, USA, Brasil payroll process as required.
- Implementation of compensation and benefits program and activities according to global framework and taking legal requirements into account.
- Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data in order to provide support with creation of salary budgets and forecasts.
- Administration of benfits programs
- Organizational structure and salary scale management.
- Participation in general process related to Compensation and Benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- MS-Office, SAP. experience essential.
- 3-4 years multinational compensation experience.
- Experience in Job valuation under Mercer methodology
- Advanced level of English
