- analyze, document, and translate business, administrative, and financial needs into clear and feasible functional requirements for the it team.
- manage and implement technology projects that impact business, financial, and administrative processes, ensuring on-time delivery, scope compliance, and quality standards.
- monitor and support critical business, financial, and administrative systems by addressing and resolving functional incidents efficiently.
- evaluate continuous improvement opportunities through *automation*, *standardization*, or the adoption of *emerging technologies*.
- coordinate *user acceptance testing (uat)* and manage functional training for key users to ensure effective system adoption.
- act as a *liaison between it and business/administrative areas*, building trust-based relationships and fostering a shared vision for digital transformation.
