what will you do?
the npi technician will support the development and launch of new products by assembling prototypes, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role ensures a smooth transition from design to production while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
how will you do it?
* assemble and test prototypes to validate design and manufacturability.
* perform electrical testing using tools such as multimeters and function generators.
* identify and troubleshoot issues in wiring and control systems.
* collaborate with engineers to refine designs and improve production readiness.
* document test results, build procedures, and technical findings.
* ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols during all phases of npi.
* assist in the development of test fixtures and procedures for production.
what are we looking for?
* minimum of a technical degree or some college coursework toward a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
* experience in electronic assembly and testing, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
* strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
* ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
