responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- provide expert level services to major corporations on all aspects of corporate card programs, including general account maintenance, first level troubleshooting with american express tools, consulting on various products, etc.
- demonstrate the ability to address immediate customer needs and provide relevant value, while engaging in a consultative conversation
- encourage the expansion of card programs through strategies focused on sales (value generation)

- exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to analyze and assess client needs
- excellent communication and written skills.
- high flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks within strict time frames while maintaining accuracy
