edi experience is a must.experience developing jbp's (joint business planning) and/or sap's (strategic account planning) processes.experience servicing customers in mexico through domestic and fob go-to market processes.experience or knowledge of the toy industry and consumer marketing to children would be highly regarded.responsibilitiesresponsible for managing, consolidating and growing retail programs /promotions with existing and new customers in-line with set budgets and strategy.budgetcontribute to the setting of annual budgets by customer and by product.monitor and maintain margin requirements.conduct monthly reviews of promotions by customer and by product.negotiate trading terms and conditions with appropriate customers.develop and maintain budgets for agents.existing businessorganise and structure mexico's channel strategy.develop and implement strategies to increase performance of existing customers.manage, review and optimise strategies to enhance moose brands footprint.identify key issues and opportunities and develop appropriate action plans.call on client base at regular intervals to:present merchandising, advertising and distribution proposals.undertake business reviews and seek agreement on business development plans with relevant buyers.exchange market intelligence of toy and other industries with relevant buyers.create and maintain account profiles which are accurate, relevant and beneficial as a selling tool.evaluate and monitor promotional activities to ensure adequate spend of promotional funds per account as a direct percentage of sales.maximise promotional opportunities across all accounts both direct and through outside representatives.new businessidentify and prioritise target customers/territories for new distribution.communicate unique nature of moose brands to new business prospects.exhibit at appropriate industry trade fairs to access new business channels.select and evaluate possible indent lines for all major retailers.manage traffic information, submissions, samples and presentation to all customers for dom and fob business.customersliaise with customers on the following:pricing,promotional opportunities,sell through of product and action required if not performing,samples,maximising products performance,inventory levels and ensuring 95% in-stock requirements,delivery performance – ensure on-time delivery of all orders.work hours8:30 am – 5:30 pm, monday to thursday8:30 am – 3:00 pm, friday30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.moose also provides flexible working options.traveltravel required up to 25%, nationally and internationally.physical demandswhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items.must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.light to moderate lifting is required.frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.regular, predictable attendance is required.all welcomejust like the wide range and variety of brands, moose embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
