*key responsibilities*: - mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos en campo (al poniente y sur de la ciudad de méxico) - diagnosticar problemas del sistema y realizar reparaciones.
- atención al cliente del progreso durante la aplicación de su mantenimiento.
- recopilar y registrar información para monitorear el rendimiento.
- escalar la resolución de problemas técnicos mediante la asistencia del soporte técnico.
- documentar los problemas del sistema y el mantenimiento preventivo en el registro del sitio del cliente.
- control de viáticos *skills, knowledge & expertise*: - experiência mínima: prácticas o servicio social en mantenimiento o soporte técnico - carrera técnica concluida o ingeniería: mecatrónica, informática y/o electrónica o afín.
- disponibilidad de trabajar en campo al poniente y sur de la ciudad de méxico y alrededores.
- manejo de automóvil estándar y licencia de manejo vigente.
