at solar turbines, we are looking for a warehouse assistant to support the control and management of specialized tools, materials, and equipment used in field service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with our global standards.
what you’ll do
* control the receipt, storage, and dispatch of tools and materials.
* coordinate calibration processes for specialized tools.
* support equipment disposal and documentation processes.
* maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic counts.
* receive and inspect ppe and materials to ensure quality and compliance.
* support administrative tasks such as reports and documentation control.
* safely handle materials and operate forklifts when required.
* fleet vehicle management: maintenance, documentation, tooling, etc.
what we’re looking for
* high school diploma or technical education (or equivalent experience).
* 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control.
* experience with erp or inventory systems (sap, oracle, dynamics preferred).
* familiarity with warehouse documentation (pos, delivery notes, invoices).
* english level: basic to intermediate (foundation / progressive).
* strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
