responsibilities:
handle consultations for us vip clients and build long-term relationships with them;
communicate with clients via chat and calls;
provide outstanding vip customer service through our communication channels;
respond to client inquiries;
resolve issues and ensure timely, effective solutions;
maintain and manage the client database;
present and sell the company's products and services;
generate timely reports using the crm system;
requirements:
previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with vip or high-value clients, either online or in-person;
prior experience communicating with clients via chat and phone;
technical skills: proficiency in ms office, google services, and crm systems is essential.
advanced c1 english fluent
personal qualities required:
at least 6 months of previous sales experience;
ability to multitask, work with kpis, strong teamwork, and results-driven mindset;

schedule: 2/2, 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (two days on, two days off)
