as our digital services specialist coordinator, you will play a critical role in strengthening the deployment, support, and continuous improvement of kone’s digital solutions across the frontline. You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring that both our internal teams and customers experience the full value and reliability of our digital services.
in this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for digital solution issues, coordinating and troubleshooting problems in close collaboration with local, global, and partner teams. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of issue resolution—from initial evaluation and escalation to knowledge sharing and documentation—ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements (slas).
you’ll work closely with maintenance sales, thd, cs&a, and field operations teams to coach and support customer onboarding and digital solution activation. In complex cases, you may participate directly in customer onboarding and training, making sure administrator profiles and system configurations are properly set up and maintained.
as a key enabler of digital competence, you’ll collaborate with learning & development to identify training needs, provide guidance on training materials, and deliver train-the-trainer sessions that build local capability for commissioning, configuration, and usage of kone digital services. You’ll also communicate updates on product releases and new features to ensure operational readiness.
your contribution extends to change management, helping drive kone’s digital transformation by actively promoting digital services within sales and operations, participating in digital champion and apf communities, and collecting user feedback to improve service usability and performance. You’ll also support localization efforts, provide technical data for global rollouts, and contribute to the evolution of online support tools and documentation.
ultimately, you’ll be a key advocate for customer-centric innovation—ensuring that kone’s digital services are not only functional and reliable, but also aligned with the evolving needs of users and local market requirements.
