- *full availability*:the working schedule is rotational, this means that every 3 months your working schedule will change (you could be assigned the morning, afternoon or night shift) you'll have 2 days-off per week which are also rotational.
- *have an advanced english level*(this means that you are able to have full conversations in english and have good grammar skills)

- *6 months of experience in tech support*:
