Fundamental roles of a pharmaceutical distribution and transportation leader
the mission of the pharmaceutical distribution and transportation leader is to ensure efficient reception, transportation, and distribution of products, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards and cost optimization.
* a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in transportation, distribution or logistics within the pharmaceutical industry.
* solid knowledge of nom-059-ssa1-2015 and nom-259.
* experience with major pharmaceutical clients (example: nadro).
* advanced excel management (dynamic tables, database cross-references).
* experience in managing reliable transportation suppliers.
main responsibilities:
* to oversee and guarantee timely deliveries with transporters.
* to coordinate with customer service (sac) and key account managers (kam) to resolve incidents with final clients.
* to identify delays in urgent or direct shipments, evaluating their impact on budget.
* to negotiate maneuver costs with clients or unions.
* to analyze and document annual rate increases for negotiation with suppliers.
* to manage pr's, po's, cfdi and xml for invoicing and compliance with complemento carta porte (ccp).
* to review and close transportation expense accounts on corporate portals.
* to coordinate requested returns by sac and ensure warehouse delivery within established times.
* to notify and follow up on rejected merchandise, ensuring return within 24 hours.
* to comply with nom-059-ssa1-2015, nom-259 and good manufacturing practices.
* to attend quality audits on transportation and distribution matters.
