key responsibilities
* define and execute the marketing strategy for innovative pain management products, aligning with both short‑ and long‑term business goals.
* lead market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to enhance market share and product profitability.
* develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns, integrating both traditional and digital media, with a focus on optimising roi.
* collaborate closely with sales, regulatory affairs, research & development, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and full compliance with industry regulations.
* manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximising the impact of marketing initiatives.
* monitor product portfolio performance in the market.
* ensure that all marketing activities adhere to local and international regulatory requirements within the pharmaceutical sector.

requisitos
* advanced level of english (c1) and spanish (bilingual/native), both written and spoken.
* experience in budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise campaign roi.
* excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
* strong analytical skills, capable of conducting detailed market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities for growth and strategy adjustment.
* proven experience in developing and leading multi‑channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact, including digital and traditional media.
* in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, both local and international, with a strong understanding of compliance standards.
* 5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the generics sector.
* university degree in health sciences with a master’s in marketing and/or business administration or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in relevant areas will be highly valued.
