we are looking for a temporary trainer to support the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across multiple formats. The ideal candidate has proven experience in instructional design, a passion for adult learning, and strong facilitation skills to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

* consistently meeting or exceeding all kpi targets for the past 3 fiscal months (must have)
* no unjustified absences in the last 3 months (must have)
* no active disciplinary actions on record (must have)
* attendance must be on target (must have)
* at least 3 months of tenure (must have)
* schedule flexibility (must have)
skills
* strong problem‑solving, analytical & critical thinking skills (must have)
* proficient in ms office and tools, and performance tracking systems (desired)
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral (excellent english proficiency level) (must have)
