In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer engagement plans for assigned distributors, ensuring high-quality coverage, optimal distribution, and increased demand for our brands. You will lead category development and drive sustainable growth through a comprehensive route to market (rtm) strategy.
This role is located in puebla, travelling often due to business necessity.
*a taste of what you’ll be doing*distributor & sales execution management:* deploy hfs plans with assigned distributors to deliver volume, net sales, gross margin, accounts receivable, and distribution kpis.*in-market execution excellence:* ensure strong execution of the 5ps across accounts and territories, maximizing the efficient and effective use of resources.*demand planning & forecasting:* allocate objectives and resources by account, generate demand visibility, and adjust sales forecasts and investment levels accordingly.*performance monitoring & improvement:* supervise and analyze distributor performance, define action plans, and ensure continuous improvement in service levels and execution.*customer negotiations:* validate negotiation scopes and lead commercial negotiations with distributors and key customers when required.*business reviews & financial control:* conduct regular business reviews, monitor p&l and kpis, track ovh, and adjust plans to ensure alignment with commercial objectives.*cross-functional collaboration:* promote communication, alignment, and teamwork across internal stakeholders to deliver business results.*we’re looking for someone with*bachelor’s degree.5+ years of business experience within cpg companies, ideally in sales and/or marketing roles.strong experience managing distributors, key acco
