Fx trader position
we are seeking a seasoned fx trader to lead the pricing, risk management, and execution of fx and stablecoin flows across our global counterparty network.
key responsibilities:
* manage fx and stablecoin flow across centralized and decentralized venues.
* maintain and improve position management frameworks, pnl, and risk dashboards.
* build and scale automated trading and hedging strategies for fx and stablecoins.
* manage trading relationships with liquidity providers, counterparties, banks, and exchanges.
* support the growth of our stablecoin business by identifying and executing new corridors and opportunities.
* collaborate with tech to improve infrastructure, trading tools, and automation pipelines.
* stay up-to-date on everything that affects fx markets, including central bank policy, interest rates, tariffs, macroeconomic data, geopolitical events, and evolving crypto regulations.
* partner with sales and trading teams to support counterpart coverage and flow.
* monitor trade performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies and risk frameworks.
as a highly skilled fx trader, you will be responsible for leading the pricing, risk management, and execution of fx and stablecoin flows. You will manage positions, optimize hedging strategies, oversee flow and relationships, and help scale our stablecoin business.
requirements:
* proven experience in fx and stablecoin trading.
* strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
* ability to execute and hedge flow in real-time using derivatives, stablecoins, and on-chain tools.
* experience building and scaling automated trading and hedging strategies.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work effectively in a team environment.
