qualifications
* possess a strong background in desktop support with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
* demonstrate proficiency in remote support tools and techniques.
* exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* have a solid understanding of it infrastructure and security protocols.
* show experience in training and mentoring team members.
* display strong communication skills both verbal and written.
* hold a relevant certification such as comptia a+ or microsoft certified: modern desktop administrator associate.
