Regional hr managerposition objective lead the overall human resources strategy and operations for three manufacturing plants, ensuring operational continuity, labor stability, compliance with mexican labor legislation, regulatory requirements, union relations, labor cost efficiency, and workforce availability to meet production, quality, and productivity objectives. Responsible for supervising and developing the hr managers of each plant, ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and organizational practices. Responsibilities lead the regional human resources strategy aligned with operational, productivity, and growth objectives. Supervise and develop the human resources managers of each plant. Ensure compliance with mexican labor legislation (lft), stps regulations, and applicable requirements. Manage labor relations and union negotiations when applicable. Ensure workforce availability through mass recruitment strategies and retention of operational staff. Implement organizational development, training, and succession programs. Oversee personnel administration, payroll, salary structures, and headcount control. Monitor key indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, workforce productivity, and labor costs. Promote an organizational culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Standardize hr processes and best practices across plants. Requirements bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, industrial relations, or related field. +8 years of human resources experience in manufacturing or maquiladora industry. Experience leading multi-site or regional operations. Experience in labor relations and high-volume operational workforce environments. Experience leading management-level teams. Knowledge of mexican labor legislation (lft). Labor relations and union negotiation experience. Knowledge of imss, infonavit, and labor compliance.
