This role will work closely with the plant controller and cfo, providing key insights and ensuring proper control over financial and operational results.support the business controller and cfo in the planning and controlling processes, identifying critical areas, proposing improvement actions, and ensuring proper tracking of operational and financial performance within the assigned business unit.supportfinancial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Performdata analysis and financial scenario modeling. Monitor and controloperational results and kpis. Analyzeprofitability (by product and overall business). Ensure alignment betweencommercial, logistics, and financial performance.minimum 3+ years of experiencein controlling or similar roles. Strong experience inreporting to corporate and senior leadership. Solid background infinancial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience incommercial, logistics, or supply chain controlling(preferred). Advancedexcel skills. Experience witherp systems (sap is a plus). Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field. Advanced english (business level) .
