we are seeking a dedicated and motivated call center supervisor to join the team of a u.s.-based healthcare clinic. This is a full-time, on-site position located in roma norte, cdmx. responsibilities:
* supervise and support a team of call center agents to ensure high-quality service
* monitor performance and provide coaching to team members
* oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to schedules
* resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* collaborate with management to implement process improvements
* ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
requirements:
* previous experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar leadership role
* strong communication and problem-solving skills
* ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
* fluent in english and spanish (spoken and written)
* experience in healthcare or working with u.s. clients is a plus
