about the role
we are looking for a passionate and strategic marketing manager to join our latam fragrance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced, creative, and customer-centric environment. You will lead a talented team of marketers, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate closely with key fmcg clients to deliver fragrance solutions that inspire, perform and make joy.

key responsibilities
* lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
* build and execute marketing strategies aligned with customer needs, market trends, plugging innovation & capabilities pipeline.
* partner with key fmcg clients to deliver market analysis, connecting to brands for a strong strategy translated into fragrance concepts and storytelling.
* translate consumer insights into actionable ideas to support creative briefs.
* collaborate cross-functionally with sales, perfumery, consumer insights, and global marketing teams.
* support the development of presentations, workshops, and storytelling tools for customer engagement.
* monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging trends in the scent categories.
* represent at customer meetings and internal forums.
profile & experience requirements
* proven experience in marketing, brand strategy, or innovation, ideally within fragrance, fmcg, or advertising agencies.
* strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring talent.
* passionate about fragrances, consumer behavior, and the categories in the fmcg industry.
* strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong storytelling abilities.
* excellent communication and presentation skills in english.
* comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
* experience working with or for major fmcg brands is a strong plus.
* familiarity with fragrance development processes or sensory branding is a bonus.
* proactive, curious, and collaborative, someone who brings energy and ideas to the table.
