Technical sales representative – irapuato

To support this mission SyngentasSales Team is seeking aTechnical Sales RepresentativeinIrapuato Guanajuato Mexico.

Accountabilities

- Execute impactful daily customer visits actively identifying and transforming challenges into growth opportunities.
- Build lasting relationships with customers based on trust reliability and consistent value delivery.
- Drive technical excellence through continuous learning of new growing techniques and technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and persistent execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive grower databases within assigned territories.
- Partner with Product Specialists and Market Segments teams to :

Design and implement demonstration trials

- Evaluate variety performance.
- Develop effective commercial positioning strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support.
- Stay ahead of market trends and evolving grower needs.

Qualifications : Required

- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Horticulture or related field.
- Experience in technical sales or greenhouse production.
- Experience and / or knowledge of vegetable seeds for greenhouse cultivation (tomatoes peppers cucumbers).
- Experience and / or knowledge about high-tech greenhouse operations.
- Must reside in Irapuato Guanajuato (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel 70-80% of working time.
- Intermediate English.
- Strong learning orientation and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Natural ability to build relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Proactivity and focus on results.
