* develop and implement short-term and long-range plans for operational expansion, including resource allocation, equipment needs, and vehicle logistics.
* provide technical training to personnel in workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions, focusing on areas such as operations management, contingency planning, cost effectiveness, and manpower scheduling.
* monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to optimize results.
* maintain effective communication between operational teams and corporate departments to ensure seamless collaboration and share technical expertise related to facility management, lease negotiations, new location planning, equipment justification, layout optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
* contribute to studies designed to implement innovative engineering concepts that drive business value and enhance customer satisfaction.
