responsibilities
* the spa therapist / esthetician is expected to demonstrate a polished and professional appearance with a warm, attentive, and discreet approach to guest service. They must be empathetic, detail oriented and versatile, with the ability to build trust and comfort with clients while delivering both massage and esthetic services.
* master massage therapies (such as relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and holistic rituals) and esthetic treatments including facials, body care, waxing, manicures and pedicures.
* perform accurate consultations, recommend tailored treatments, and promote appropriate retail products to enhance guest results and spa revenue.
* uphold strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring treatment rooms are sanitized, prepared, and fully stocked; check product expiration dates and assist with inventories.
* provide product expertise and maintain attention to detail; support upkeep of the reception and fitness center to maintain luxury spa standards.
qualifications
* strong guest-focused communication; demonstrated ability to build trust and comfort with clients.
* adaptability, reliability and teamwork as essential soft skills for smooth collaboration and exceptional guest experience.
* a genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic care.
* technical mastery of massage therapies and esthetic treatments; ability to perform consultations and recommend treatments.
* ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards; capable of inventory management and product knowledge to support spa operations.
