Job Summary
This role encompasses the entire procurement lifecycle, from item setup and vendor onboarding to data analysis and procurement reporting. The Sourcing Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing effectiveness through data-driven insights and operational support.

Responsibilities
- Own item creation and maintenance across systems to ensure data integrity and alignment across functions.
- Monitor sourcing-related data accuracy, including vendor attributes, item costs, and compliance documentation.
- Pull, analyze, and interpret data to identify sourcing trends, cost-saving opportunities, and vendor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Vendor Operations to onboard suppliers and manage vendor documentation and contact lists.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, business analysis, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask with a high sense of urgency.
- Effective communication skills, with experience collaborating across departments and geographies.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
