the opportunity
we're expanding our latin american footprint and seeking a driven sales manager to lead our mexico business. You'll own the full sales cycle — from building relationships with key accounts like smartfit and planet fitness, to identifying untapped opportunities across fitness, wellness, corporate, and hospitality segments.

what you'll do:
* drive key account sales with a primary focus on the fitness segment (smartfit, planet fitness, and beyond).
* manage the distributor network to expand our reach across mexico.
* deliver product demos, sales presentations, and training to customers.
* build and execute annual business plans covering sales targets, revenue goals, and expense management.
* represent wsb at industry trade shows and conferences throughout the region.
* coordinate with marketing, service, and support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
qualifications
* 5+ years sales or sales management with proven sales and business development skills, with strong key account management track record,
* 5+ years in fitness industry (mexico).
* excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with existing professional network and relationships in mexico's fitness industry.
* strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* fluent in spanish and english (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
* self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
* bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* comfortable with extensive travel.
